Dr. Fischer is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist in Los Angeles who specializes in evidence-based assessment of children and young adults. His clinical expertise includes assessment and diagnosis along with academic and treatment planning for individuals with cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties that interfere with their daily life (e.g., schoolwork, home routine, or employment setting).
Comprehensive pediatric neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluation
The goal of a neuropsychological evaluation is to identify learning styles, cognitive and emotional strengths, areas of cognitive or learning differences, emotional difficulties, and clarify diagnoses (when appropriate). This evidence based, strengths-based, and “whole-person” approach allows us to create an optimally tailored plan for treatment, academics, or employment, as well as a path to improve psychosocial functioning.
Dr. Fischer conducts comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and consultations in several locations across the Los Angeles area, via in-person or telehealth format when appropriate.

We rely closely on coordination with allied professionals (e.g., occupational therapy, educational therapy, speech therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatry, etc.) to meet every child, family, and young adults’ goals.
